Stopping the whoopsie on linux . oops!

If you see a linux ps named whoopsie have no fear  you can  stop this

ps -ax | grep whoopsie

sudo  ps -ax | grep whoopsie
[sudo] password for kfelix:
Warning: bad ps syntax, perhaps a bogus '-'? See
  942 ?        Ssl    6:21 whoopsie
13741 pts/0    S+     0:00 grep --color=auto whoopsie


edit the file  /etc/default/whoopsie  and change the "true" to "false"




Kill the process

sudo pkill -9  whoopsie
